Intensive training hard for the loss of Extreme Fat – Warning Use only as last resort
So you have a rip. Do you have a dead end in fat loss and need something to turn that affected metabolism and unleash a storm of burning fat in the body, here is a workout for you.
Too often we let a little 'sloppy in training, when we know someone is not on us. If you want the results, as seen on TV, magazines and Internet sites would not be good, here's something for you:
Day 1, 3 and 5
AM: Range> Instructions: 20-30 minutes, then every minute light jog one minute sprint
PM: intensive training of the body for 40 minutes repeat until the time is:
15 Burpees
1:30 Wall sit
1:30 Staff
100 jumping jacks
100 prisoners squat
50 bicycle crunches
Day 2, 5 and 6:
Only practice this morning, if possible:
Squats: 3 x 50 normal weight
Deadlift: 4 x 20
Clean and press: 4 x 15
Squatting on the head: 4 x 20
SendClicks: 4 x 10
With these exercises, you have a weight that is slightly lighter than normal because of the increased intensity and duration did not vote.
This training has decreased fat because your body is shocking to think: "All this hard work, I need help to get rid of some weight, and I'll start with the fat on me."
